Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is 2-4 working days.

During sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay.

All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.

• You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery to the courier company.Please do not force the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before you make the payment as it is against the rules of the COD in Pakistan.

RETURN& EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

2. Pack the item back in the original packing
3. Email us [info@moonlight.pk] the picture of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange
4. We will give you the address to return the item
5. Go to your local courier and send us the package

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within  15 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
