Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unwashed.
• The original packaging and tags are intact.
• The product is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or washed fabrics
• Cut fabrics
• Customized orders
• Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
